xfig with LaTeX fonts

This is for me, to remember:

First solution:

  1. Put in the LaTeX document:
    \usepackage{color}
  2. Start xfig with

    xfig -specialtext -latexfonts -startlatexFont default
  3. Put the text you want in LaTeX code
  4. Save and export als "LaTeX picture"
  5. Input from the LaTeX document with
    \input exported.latex

Result: Some slopes will not be exact and the patterns are missing.

For the best result there is the second solution:

  1. Put in the LaTeX document:

    \usepackage{color}

    \usepackage{epsfig}
  2. Start xfig with

    xfig -specialtext -latexfonts -startlatexFont default
  3. Put the text you want in LaTeX code
  4. Save and export als "Combinded PS/LaTeX (both parts)"
  5. Be sure to have the LaTeX document in the same directory as the pstex_t and pstex files.
  6. Input from the LaTeX document with
    \input exported.pstex_t

That's it!
